Integrated Partners in Health (IPH) are a skilled team of health professionals, including rehabilitation nurse educators, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech language therapists, clinical psychologists and social workers. The IPH team provides comprehensive assessments and rehabilitation planning services to people following injury. Our team is particularly skilled in providing services to people following brain injury. In addition to assessment and rehabilitation services we also provide activity based programmes, vocational services, and an Auckland concussion service.
